Saturday: 9am to 6pm. Sunday: 9am to 4pm. With tea and lunch breaks.
Suggested donation £50 per day (all funds will go to charity), although nobody will be excluded due to lack of funds.

A weekend retreat, led by Buddhist monk and author Gelong Thubten, focusing on themes from his bestselling books, ‘A Monk’s Guide to Happiness’ and ‘Handbook for Hard Times’.
The retreat will focus on the Buddhist understanding of psychology and how to work with difficult emotions. There will be a combination of talks and practical meditation sessions, with time for questions and answers.
